Mummy Dearest Opens on Netflix!

MD

Shot in Garden City and directed by a Port Harcourt based Director, Mummy Dearest (the prequel) just opened today on Netflix to world audience after release in cinemas in 2015.

That’s some great news!

The movie which starred Liz Ameye ( Benson), Daniel K. Daniel and Wendy Elenwo  had its world premiere event at the Filmhouse cinemas, Port Harcourt Mall on 25 June 2016 before opening in cinemas the next day.

Being the directorial feature film debut of writer, director and co-producer, Willis Ikedum, Mummy Dearest opened to mostly positive reviews and has since garnered a cult following from audience both at home and in the diaspora. It compelled him into making a sequel which wrapped last week in Port Harcourt.

We are waiting for the release of Mummy Dearest 2 and we will be glad to share it with you.
