Groups, Coalition of ex Niger Delta Agitators/Justice for the Abandoned Youth of Nigeria and the Niger Delta Amnesty Vendors Forum (NDAVF) today staged a peaceful protest in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital. The protest according to banners and placards was in solidarity to President Buhari and his VP to re-contest in the 2019 general elections. The groups say they are pleased that Mr. President retained General P.T. Boroh, CEO Amnesty Programme/SA to the President on Niger Delta Affairs. The group spokesman went further to call on Mr. President to consider other Niger Delta youths who are available and ready to be gainfully engaged.
